Walk for Shoes

Hoppers Crossing, come and walk a mile to provide shoes for those who have none.

Stand up, Hoppers Crossing! And all surrounding suburbs! Come and walk with us along Skeleton Creek on Saturday November 28, at 2pm. Meet on the Reserve, at the corner of Bellbridge Drive and Tootles Court, just behind Bellbridge Primary School. (Melway Ref 203 A11)

For every person who walks, the Take The Walk Campaign will donate $1 to the cause. We're not asking for your money; we just need your feet! 

So bring your family, your friends, everyone you know! Bring a picnic for afterwards if you want! Rain, hail or shine (we hope it's the latter), we will be there! Come and join us in a walk of fellowship to fight poverty in Africa.

We will walk a mile in someone else's lack of shoes. We take this action  to make a contribution; to help provide shoes for those living in such poverty that they cannot afford this basic item - an item that we often take for granted. Together, we can help to put shoes on the feet of a generation!
